About Us
TLC is a tiny family-run garden. My name is Theresa and I am passionate about nourishing wellness in myself and others. I grow fresh medicines and herb starts for people who want to incorporate herbal medicine into their home gardens and make their own tinctures, teas, salves & other diy wellness. I am also a personal coach and I believe that creating safe space for people to unravel themselves in is equally an important part of wellness.
TLC is Theresa,(me) and Lola, Cleo, & Clayton, too (that's my fam). I put a lot of love and care into the herbs I grow and use my plants to support me and my family's well-being. It is my goal to be a good steward of the tiny garden and encourage more people to grow their own wellness garden. Like our food, our medicines can have the lowest impact on the planet when we use medicines grown in our own backyard. When our bodies are nourished and in an optimal state, we are able to contribute our full-selves to the world. AND - the world needs each and every one of us.
We are located in Surrey, B.C., Canada
TLC Herbs is located on the unceeded and ancestral territories of the Coast Salish peoples - the Semiahmoo, Katzie, Tsawwessen, Stolo, and Kwantlen peoples.. The land is naturally abundant with chickweed, dock, dandelion, and many grasses,.
TLC Herbs Farm is currently located on lands that are home to Seed of LIfe Farm in Surrey, B.C.
